As we embrace this new chapter, we are seeking a creative, fashion-savvy Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, aligning with our elevated brand identity. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the social media presence of the brand as we re-enter the market with exciting new collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy in alignment with Poco Fashion's relaunch goals.
- Craft campaigns that promote our new, elevated brand identity across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, competitors and social media best practices, ensuring Poco Fashion remains relevant and competitive.
Content Creation & Curation:
- Develop high-quality, visually appealing content that resonates with our fashion-forward audience.
- Create engaging visuals, reels, videos, and posts tailored to each platform's unique audience and format.
- Source user-generated content that align with Poco Fashion's elevated look.
Social Media Calendar & Scheduling:
- Plan and manage an organized social media content calendar that ensures consistent posting across all channels.
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events, ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns, e-commerce launches and fashion seasons.
Community Engagement:
- Actively manage and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all platforms to build brand loyalty and a positive customer experience.
- Foster a vibrant, engaged community by initiating and participating in conversations about fashion trends, Poco Fashion’s products and lifestyle topics.
Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Track, analyse and report on social media performance using tools like Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Identify key metrics (e.g., engagement, growth, conversion) and use data-driven insights to refine social media strategies.
- Experiment with A/B testing and platform-specific tactics to optimise performance.
Brand Growth & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with influencers, fashion bloggers, and brand ambassadors to grow Poco Fashion’s social media presence.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, e-commerce) to ensure social media aligns with the broader brand strategy and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience managing social media for a fashion brand, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and results.
- Expertise in Fashion Trends: Deep understanding of the fashion industry, key social media trends, and the ability to adapt Poco Fashion’s voice to an elevated, style-conscious audience.
- Creative Skills: Strong visual aesthetic and ability to create on-brand content (graphic design and/or photography skills are a plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in social media management tools, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and analytics platforms.
- Organised: Experience in managing social media calendars, juggling multiple campaign and meeting tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage audiences and create compelling copy.
